BMW E90 Chronic Fuse Box and Main Cable Issue From Battery

I’m experiencing a significant electrical problem with my 2010 BMW E90. The issue lies within the fuse box, particularly at the junction where the main red cable from the battery connects to the system. Upon conducting some research and discussing with fellow owners, I discovered that this issue is a recognized manufacturing defect that has resulted in global recalls in certain instances. My car loses power out of nowhere—whether it's parked or in motion, the electricity just turns off without any warning. It's genuinely alarming, and it's incredibly distressing to be in the dark about when or why the vehicle could malfunction. I’m contacting BMW with the expectation that they will recognize this issue and provide assistance. This is clearly an issue that should not be the customer's responsibility to handle on their own.

My table came with a factory defect as shown in image 1, whereas it should have looked like images 2 and 3.
