BMW F30 Trunk Lock Nightmare

My BMW F30 3.20 has a serious problem: the trunk is locked and I can't open it. Worse, I've got important items stuck inside that I can't get to. This issue appears to be recurring among BMW owners, and I'm hoping that BMW will step up and resolve it. It's very difficult to own a luxury vehicle with such a fundamental flaw. BMW, as a reputable brand, should take responsibility and find a solution, in my opinion. I'm confident they can solve this problem and prevent it from happening again. I require immediate assistance in unlocking my trunk and retrieving my belongings. Please address this issue as soon as possible, and let's make sure that no other BMW owners have to deal with this inconvenience in the future.

"At the same time, I don't understand why the side skirts of this vehicle, which has the original Harman Kardon amazing sound system as part of the 40th Anniversary package, vibrate so much when the sound is at around 70% due to the bass. The sound inside is incredible, but from the outside, it sounds like a very simple brand's aftermarket sound system, with the side skirts vibrating noisily. How can the insulation be this poor in a BMW vehicle?"
