BMW Ignored My 2012 xDrive Exhaust Recall Despite Warning Message

I own a 2012 BMW xDrive vehicle with approximately 80,000 km on it. A while ago, I began to feel a power loss in the vehicle, as if there was a slight fuel blockage, like someone was pulling it back intermittently. In Alanya, the car was connected to a device, and it showed a fault related to the exhaust gas return system. However, they said, “We’ve now cleared the fault, but you need to take it to an authorized service center.” (The photos of the detected fault taken from the technician’s computer are available on my phone.) I then took the vehicle to Kosifler Oto in Antalya. They stated that there was no such fault in the vehicle and that there was nothing further they could do at that stage. Today, at 11:26, a message was received from BMW indicating that the vehicle with license plate 06 D* 9*, which I own, has a fault in the exhaust gas return system. The message stated that this is included in a recall process and that it is essential to make an appointment with the authorized service as soon as possible. Mr. M*** I***, the service advisor at Antalya Kosifler, acknowledged the situation, but said that the system still did not allow them to take any action. He added that the central system had not confirmed this issue. I have been informed that this problem is common in these models and that Germany has initiated a recall process because of this. However, I’ve also heard that the authorized services in Turkey, for various reasons, refuse to carry out the necessary repairs under this recall. I kindly request that this explanation be translated into German or English and conveyed to the relevant authorities in Germany, along with my request for the replacement of the faulty part under the recall program due to a manufacturing defect as indicated in the message I received.
