On 30.06.2025, I noticed that my BlaBlaCar account was unfairly suspended. I use the app frequently for work-related travel, regularly posting ride listings to share trips with other users. Despite strictly following all community guidelines and ensuring the safety and comfort of my passengers, my account was blocked simply because I post frequent ride offers.
This suspension has caused significant disruption to my work schedule and personal travel plans. I rely on BlaBlaCar as a primary tool for organizing my rides, and this unjustified block has resulted in both financial losses and emotional frustration.
I clearly request that my account be reinstated immediately and that BlaBlaCar reevaluate its system for blocking users who use the platform actively and correctly. Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
