I’ve been an active BlaBlaCar user for over 4 years, and I’ve always had positive feedback from the passengers I’ve driven. I’ve genuinely enjoyed using the platform and have taken pride in being a reliable driver. But recently, my account was suddenly suspended without a clear reason—apparently because someone reported me.
I have no idea who or why, and I was given no chance to explain or defend myself. Most of my riders have been completely satisfied, and I’ve always followed the rules.
I’m kindly asking BlaBlaCar to review my account and reactivate it. I value this service and want to continue using it as I have for years. Please don’t penalize loyal users without transparency or fair investigation.
