I’ve been a member of BlaBlaCar, and without any warning or explanation, my account was suddenly suspended. I posted a ride offer, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the trip didn’t happen. That’s it—no misconduct, no violation, just a canceled journey. Yet they closed my account completely. When I tried to open a new account to continue using the service, they suspended that one too. I haven’t committed any offense, broken any rules, or harmed anyone. So why am I being blocked from the platform entirely? This is deeply frustrating and unfair. BlaBlaCar, I demand that you urgently review my case and restore access to my account. Don’t penalize users for a trip that simply didn’t occur. I expect a prompt and reasonable resolution.
