BlaBlaCar Banned My Account After False Report — I Want It Reactivated
My BlaBlaCar account (islm*[email protected]**) was suspended about a month ago without any clear reason. The notice I received stated that it was due to “inappropriate behavior,” but I have never had any issues with passengers, and my profile reviews are entirely positive.
I strongly believe that the complaint leading to this suspension was malicious or false, possibly made by someone who never even traveled with me. At the time of suspension, there were no pending trips, reservations, or payments on my account. Despite this, my access to the platform has been completely blocked, and I am unable to log in.
I travel frequently and relied heavily on BlaBlaCar to find travel companions, as I prefer not to drive long distances alone. This unjust suspension has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that BlaBlaCar clearly explain the specific reason for my account suspension and that my account be reactivated immediately so I can continue using the service.
