BJ's Wholesale Club Charged Me Before I Could Use My Membership
I registered for a BJ's Wholesale Club membership expecting my perks would only start to show when I could really use them. Thinking it would be a great offer, I even went above and acquired their branded credit card. But I found my membership renewal period had already begun to run down after waiting months and yet unable to access the promised benefits. I phoned customer support expecting they would change the date, but they turned down. Angry, I had to deal with the trouble of canceling the credit card as well as the membership.
