My bank account showed a pending "renewal of my subscription," which really took me off guard. I had no clue I was signed with Asana Rebel for another year. There was no heads-up, no timeline to cancel, no email alert on the forthcoming fee. It immediately struck my account out of thin air. I got in touch Asana Rebel the same day as soon as I spotted the charge. Their response was neither a refund nor any assistance. It's aggravating as I recently learned that many others have had the same problem. They seem to have not tried to simplify cancellals, alert consumers, or streamline their procedure. To be honest, they seem to be benefitting from these covert renewals.
