Bizbox.pro Billing Complaint Over Unapproved Payment

Even though I never signed up for or registered with anything, I noticed that on September 4, 2025, $26 was charged to my Barbara card by an app called Bizbox.pro. I did not download the app and did not receive any approval request or notification message. This transaction occurred entirely without my knowledge.
When I reviewed my card activity, I discovered this charge and am requesting that the $26 be refunded to my card immediately. I also have serious concerns about the security of my card information and want to ensure that no further unauthorized charges occur. I expect an urgent resolution to this matter.
