Bizbox.Pro Billing Complaint Over Unapproved Payments
On September 2, 2025, at 12:51 AM, $26 was withdrawn from my QNB Enpara card by Bizbox.Pro without my knowledge. Similarly, on August 31, 2025, approximately $9 was also charged to my card without my authorization. I did not start any membership or receive any service related to these payments, and I was not given any notification.
My customer number is 000104960092331. I have also been unable to find any phone number or email address to contact Bizbox.Pro directly.
These transactions were processed automatically and entirely without my consent. I have reported the issue to my bank and blocked my card for online purchases. I am requesting an immediate refund of all unauthorized charges. Otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
