Unauthorized Bizbox.Pro Charge of $52 From Papara Account

On October 3, 2025, at 8:53 PM, $52 was withdrawn from my Papara account by Bizbox.Pro without my knowledge or consent. Previously, the same platform had charged $1, then an unexplained deposit was made into my account, and immediately afterward, this much larger amount was withdrawn. I never subscribed to anything—I only entered someone’s phone number once for trial purposes. There was also no explanation or description for the money that was deposited into my account.

This entire situation occurred without my authorization. I have not yet contacted customer service. I also see that many others have experienced similar issues without resolution. I am requesting that the $52 withdrawn without my consent be refunded to my account as soon as possible.
