On September 6, a charge of approximately $36 USD was made from my Papara card via the Play Store under the name Geraup Global, without my knowledge or consent. I definitely did not make this transaction and did not approve it in any way. This is the first time such an incident has happened to me, and I have not taken any security measures or canceled my card.
So far, I have not contacted Papara or Geraup Global customer service regarding this issue.
I request that this matter be resolved, and that the $36 USD withdrawn from my card without my permission be refunded to me.
