Eyezy Charged My Card Without an Account

Even though I have never signed up for or created an account with the Eyezy app, more than $26 was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank card twice — on August 15 and August 27 — as Premium subscription fees. I have never used this app before and have no need for such a service. It is completely unacceptable for money to be automatically taken from my card when I have no membership or registration with this platform.

I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that all unauthorized charges be refunded to my card. I will also attach the payment receipts to my complaint.
