My experience with Bitget has been deeply frustrating. My account was frozen without any warning or explanation, and now I’m unable to withdraw money, open positions, or access my assets. I contacted customer service and uploaded all the required documents immediately. They assured me the issue would be resolved within 48 hours, but now it’s been over 60 hours, and nothing has changed.
When I reach out to live support again, all I get is the vague excuse that my account was frozen due to “special reasons.” But they refuse to explain what that even means. This lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I’m seriously concerned about the safety of my funds.
I demand that Bitget immediately reactivates my account and gives me full access to my assets. If this issue is not resolved right away, I will file a formal complaint and pursue legal action. Enough with the silence—your users deserve answers.
