I Can’t Withdraw My Funds from Bithumb After 3.7.23 Update Blocked My Access

I’d like to share an unresolved issue I’ve been facing with Bithumb. For months, I haven’t been able to withdraw my money, and with the release of the latest 3.7.23 app update, I’ve completely lost access to the exchange. After updating, I can no longer log in, and there’s been zero communication or clarification from Bithumb about this situation.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my own funds, especially without any warning or instructions. I feel completely abandoned by the platform, and I’m starting to worry whether I’ll ever be able to recover my money.
I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experienced the same problem or knows of any official channel or institution that can help users like me retrieve our funds. I demand a clear response from Bithumb and an immediate resolution to this situation.
