I Can’t Access My Bithumb Global Account and App Says “Not Available in Your Region”
I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience trying to access Bithumb Global. I attempted to log into my account but couldn't get past the verification stage—no email is being sent to complete the process. I then tried reinstalling the app, only to be greeted with a message saying: “This app is not available in your region.”
I live in a region where the service used to work just fine. Now, not only can I not access the app, but I can’t even get basic communication from Bithumb Global about what’s happening. This appears to be a widespread issue, as many users are reporting the same problem, yet there has been no official statement or guidance from the company.
I have funds in my account that I cannot reach, and it’s causing stress and financial uncertainty. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account and understand why the service has become unavailable in my region without prior notice.
