I Can’t Access My Bithumb Global Account or Withdraw My Funds for Months

I’ve been unable to access my Bithumb Global account for months now, and I’m beyond frustrated. The app constantly freezes and crashes, preventing me from logging in. I’ve tried multiple devices and internet connections, but nothing works. I have a USD balance stuck inside the platform, and despite repeated attempts to access it, I still can’t withdraw my money.
There hasn’t been any official update from Bithumb or any technical fix addressing this ongoing issue. To make things worse, no new app version has been released that might solve the problem. This is clearly affecting many users, and there seems to be no accountability or communication from the company.
I’m demanding a clear explanation from Bithumb and an immediate solution. I want full access to my account and a way to withdraw my funds without further delay. This situation is unacceptable and feels like intentional negligence.
