I Can’t Log In to My Bithumb Global Account and Don’t Know What Happened to My Funds

I’m writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding Bithumb Global. I am completely locked out of my account and cannot log in by any means. No matter what I try—email, phone number, app reset—nothing works. This has been going on for days, and there has been no communication or response from the support team.

I have active investments inside the platform, and now I have no way of checking what’s going on with my assets. What happened to my funds? How is it possible that a globally recognized platform like Bithumb could go completely silent without providing even a single update to users?

This is absolutely unacceptable. I trusted this exchange with my hard-earned money, and now I’m left in the dark. Not even an email or alert about maintenance, migration, or service changes. People are being left stranded, and we deserve answers.
