Bitexen Wiped My 41 XNP Coins Without Explanation

I had 41 XNP coins in my Bitexen account, but when I logged in, my entire balance was gone. I tried to check transaction details, but no transactions were listed. My account was emptied without any warning or explanation.

I attempted to reach Bitexen support, but there is no response. There was no prior notification, no email, nothing explaining what happened to my funds. I cannot make any transactions or retrieve my lost balance.

I am extremely frustrated with this lack of transparency and support. Bitexen needs to restore my missing XNP coins immediately or at least provide a valid explanation. This is unacceptable, and I expect an urgent resolution.
