Bitexen Still Hasn’t Refunded My 889 Solana After 50 Days
It’s been over 50 days, and I’m still waiting for Bitexen to refund my 889 Solana. Every time I contact support, they just say “the case is under review,” but nothing ever happens. I’ve entered the second month of this ordeal, and my money is still missing.
This platform is driving me crazy. I’ve emailed, I’ve called, and I’ve begged for a resolution. I even warned them that if they didn’t return my funds, I’d take legal action—but they completely ignored me. Well, now my lawyer is officially involved, and we’re pursuing this through the courts.
Bitexen, your lack of transparency and accountability is appalling. You’re holding a significant amount of my money, and not giving it back is unacceptable. I feel robbed. We are on the 70th day and the promised refund still hasn't been made. The company has seized my money, give me my money back, this is theft.
