Safebit Removed My Tokens Without Notice And Caused Financial Loss

I have been using the Safebit cryptocurrency exchange and purchased a total of 623,410 fan tokens that were produced and sold by Safebit during their own presale.
The presale price was announced as €0.15 per token, and my average purchase cost was approximately $0.03 per token.
Without my consent and without any prior notice, Safebit removed these fan tokens from the exchange. I became aware of this situation about a year ago, although the tokens had originally been sold approximately five years earlier.
Due to the delisting of these fan tokens without my approval, I suffered a significant financial loss.
My clear expectation is that my loss be fully compensated based on an average cost of $0.03 per token, and that the total amount be deposited into my bank account.
I attempted to contact Safebit regarding this issue, but I was unable to reach them, as direct messages are disabled and there are no available contact details such as a phone number.
Since I have not received any explanation or solution, I request that my complaint be resolved urgently, that my financial loss be compensated based on $0.03 per token, and that the corresponding amount be transferred to my bank account.
