On October 1, 2025, I purchased 998 UXLINK tokens through Bybit TR’s spot market at an average price of 0.0462 USDT. The transaction took place while the exchange was fully operational, and no risk warning was shown to users beforehand. However, while Bybit Global and other major exchanges such as OKX, Gate.io, Bitget, and Upbit have offered their users a 1:1 token swap, Bybit TR users are only being compensated with a USDT refund.
This policy creates unequal treatment among users and has resulted in a significant token loss. With the refunded USDT, I can repurchase only about 280 UXLINK tokens, meaning I’ve effectively lost approximately 718 tokens. I contacted Bybit TR customer support, but I haven’t received any positive or satisfactory response.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and it occurred entirely through an online transaction. I do not accept the USDT refund and demand that I be given the same 1:1 token swap rights as Bybit Global and other exchanges. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
