Safebit Token Locked - Money Not Tradable Or Withdrawable

I have 13,570 TRV tokens in my Safebit exchange wallet and for about three months I have not been able to make any transaction with these tokens. I cannot sell them or convert them to any other token through the Safebit exchange wallet and I am effectively blocked from using my assets. When I contacted Safebit about this situation, I was asked to check the existence of the TRV token on different exchanges or on the sites where the coin is listed. However, despite these checks, my problem with Safebit has not been resolved and my TRV tokens in the Safebit exchange wallet are still not usable and remain as if they were seized. Due to this situation, I am experiencing a serious grievance because I cannot dispose of my own assets as I wish. I request that my 13,570 TRV tokens in my Safebit exchange wallet be converted into Turkish Lira at their current value and refunded to me in full without any further delay.
