Bitci.com Holding My Crypto Withdrawal and Ignoring Complaints

It has been five days since I requested a withdrawal of 500 TL in crypto from bitci.com, but I haven't received any updates on its processing. Despite my attempts, such as sending letters to the media and filing complaints with CIMER, I have not received any response or action. It seems clear that TCI.com is intentionally keeping my money and they are doing the same to other people as well. It is evident that they do not care about their customers, and they are not willing to take responsibility for their actions. It is crucial that nobody repeats the mistake I made by investing money in TCI.com.
