Unable to Withdraw My TRY Balance from Bitay Wallet

I have been a long-time user of Bitay, but for the first time, I am unable to withdraw my funds. For almost a week now, my TRY balance, which is clearly visible in my wallet, shows as ₺0 on the withdrawal screen. Despite emailing support multiple times, I have not received any response.

It’s disappointing that I used to be contacted weekly to invest when new coins were launched, but now I can’t even find someone to address my issue. I no longer feel confident recommending this platform to others. I demand an urgent resolution to this problem and for my funds to be transferred to my bank account immediately. If not, I will initiate legal action without hesitation.
