Bitci Selfie Verification Still Pending—No Support or Resolution

I have been waiting for my selfie verification to be completed on Bitci, but it still has not been processed. There is no support available, and I have received no assistance despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue.

This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for a platform that handles financial transactions. I need this issue to be fixed immediately. If Bitci fails to resolve this, I will be forced to escalate my complaint and warn others about this lack of service.
