Bitci App Access Issues Across All Devices

I have been unable to access the Bitci app for an extended period, no matter which device I use. I’ve tried logging in from my own phone, someone else’s phone, and a computer, but the issue persists. I even switched between home Wi-Fi and mobile data, yet I keep encountering the same error repeatedly.

This situation has become incredibly frustrating as I cannot manage my account or transactions. If the problem continues without resolution, I will escalate my complaint to all relevant authorities, including CIMER.

I urge Bitci to address this issue immediately, ensure system functionality, and provide a clear explanation of what’s causing these persistent access problems. Prompt action is necessary to regain user trust.

Access Issue with Bitci Application Continues on Every Device

I have not been able to log into the Bitci application from any device for a long time. Despite previously complaining, no solution has been provided. I tried both home internet and mobile data, but it didn't work. It keeps giving the same error over and over. Dragging this out for so long is really frustrating now. Please find a solution to this.
