Unable to Withdraw Funds from Bitci.com – Support Team Unresponsive

I am unable to withdraw funds from my Bitci.com account despite there being no apparent issue. Each time I attempt a withdrawal, I receive an error message stating “Verify your account,” even though my account is fully verified. I’ve contacted the support team multiple times, but all I get is the response, “We will get back to you,” with no actual follow-up.

Previously, I could deposit and withdraw without any issues, so I don’t understand why this is happening now. The support team’s lack of action and communication is extremely frustrating. I demand immediate assistance to resolve this problem and enable my withdrawals. Bitci.com needs to address this issue promptly instead of delaying with empty promises.
