Bitci Member Account Lock and Unresolved Support, Purchases Went Wrong

Hello, I am a member of Bitci with 2 letters. I participated in the volume competition for the first time. They locked my account while making normal purchases from tahda. Live expenses acted inappropriately, they said they will investigate, it will take 7-14 days, and it will take 45 days to distribute additional information and documents. As if nothing was done about us, they continue to write every day for 65 days, they always keep sending messages, neither providing information nor offering a solution. I believe we are providing such a support service. When stuck on Telegram, it was not blocked there either. The support issue is beyond disgraceful, no sane bitcher will stop for a second.
