Bitay Exchange Orders from July 19 Still Unfulfilled and No Communication Received

I put in two orders on Bitay Exchange on July 19, 2024, and I thought everything would go smoothly. But, even though time has passed, these orders have not been carried out. I was in a tough spot because no one from the company called to let me know about any problems or delays. I still don't know what's going on and haven't heard anything new since September 2. This situation has caused me a lot of trouble because I need to get to my money right away. It is wrong that Bitay doesn't communicate or be open. I'm now waiting for both an answer and my money, and I hope this problem is solved quickly.
