Bitay Hasn’t Sent My Money for Months Despite Repeated Withdrawal Requests
I submitted a withdrawal request to Bitay over 3–4 months ago, and I’m still waiting for my money. I’ve sent multiple emails, hoping for an update or a resolution, but I haven’t received a single reply. Their customer service line is completely unreachable, and there’s no way to speak to a real person about the issue.
What’s even more frustrating is that just a year ago, they used to call me every few days offering trading suggestions because I wasn’t actively buying or selling. But now, when I actually need help and want access to my own money, they’ve vanished. It’s like the company disappeared the moment things got serious.
Bitay, this is unacceptable. You were eager to contact me when you wanted me to invest, but now that I’m trying to withdraw my funds, you’re silent. I demand you return my money immediately. If this continues, I’ll escalate the matter further. This isn’t just poor service—it’s holding my money hostage.
There has been no progress. It’s still the same. The money cannot be used because I made a withdrawal request. I cannot trade. I can’t do anything with my money, which I could have increased by trading.
