Bitay Blocked My Withdrawal Request and Ignored My Emails for Two Months

I tried to take out some money from my Bitay account two months ago, but the cash still hasn't shown up in my account. I’ve tried a bunch of times to sort this out, but I can’t get through to customer service, and my emails are still left hanging. This poor communication has made things feel pretty bleak.
