Bitay Unresolved Fast Withdrawal Request

I made a withdrawal request on November 30, 2023, but my funds are still pending. In addition, they assert that they have resolved the problem by stating, "We have taken care of your complaint, however, we do not observe any assets in your account," which has left me feeling uneasy. Getting in touch with a customer representative seems like an insurmountable task. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. This company purports to be Turkey's premier exchange, yet its actions tell a different story.
