Bitay Withdrawal Still Pending Without Response
Since 2023, I have been trying to withdraw ₺700,000 through both the Bitay website and mobile app. However, despite a long time passing, the money has still not been transferred to my account. I completed the transaction entirely online, and the amount I attempted to withdraw still appears in my Bitay account. I have repeatedly tried to contact Bitay customer service during this period but have received no response whatsoever. I would like to emphasize that the withdrawal transaction is covered under Bitay’s own contract and guarantee. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the amount I attempted to withdraw be transferred to my account without further delay.
