I have been trying to withdraw money from Bitay for approximately one year but have been unable to complete the process. Despite submitting multiple complaints through my Şikayetvar account, Bitay has neither responded nor resolved my issue. I regularly monitor the complaints and the resolved issues on Bitay's Şikayetvar profile, but I find their claims that complaints have been resolved entirely unconvincing. For example, I have screenshots showing accounts marked as resolved on September 7 being marked as resolved again on November 19. Meanwhile, none of the complaints I submitted in February, June, or September have received any response. I suspect Bitay uses fake accounts to create the impression that complaints are being resolved, seemingly to maintain their ratings on Şikayetvar, avoid scrutiny, and stall users. If complaints are genuinely being resolved, why have my issues been ignored for months? It is clear that the same complaints are being marked as resolved multiple times, and these accounts appear to exist solely to file complaints about Bitay. I demand that my issue be resolved immediately and that a Bitay representative contact me directly via the phone number registered to my account.
