I got a call from Bitay customer service on 17.07.2023 about the Bitay1 coin campaign. They gave me their word that my investment would be securely held for a period of five months and then automatically released. Unfortunately, even after five months, I was unable to sell the coins. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, I was met with endless waiting and no response. I would like a refund for the payment I made and the reward that was not provided as promised.
