Nearly two years ago, I purchased Bitay Coin, expecting a smooth transaction and a trustworthy investment. But to this day, the coins have never been delivered to my account. Despite waiting all this time and repeatedly reaching out for help, Bitay’s customer service has completely ignored me.
Instead of resolving the issue, they announced a new coin called Cordella and claimed they were converting our Bitay Coins into that. But even that was a dead end—I didn’t receive those coins either. It’s like they’re just creating delays and excuses while keeping our money and offering nothing in return.
This is unacceptable. I’m a victim of a process that feels misleading at best and exploitative at worst. Bitay, I demand you deliver the coins I paid for or refund my investment in full. Stop ignoring users and start taking responsibility.
