Lost Investment and Unresponsive Support After Investing in Bitay Coin
I received a call encouraging me to invest in Bitay Coin. Trusting the company, I deposited my money and staked it. I was told I would need to wait a maximum of 10 months for returns. However, it’s been over a year, and there’s no sign of either Bitay Coin or my investment.
The customer support team is completely unresponsive—calls go unanswered, and emails remain ignored. Additionally, I had money in Turkish Lira on the platform, but despite submitting a withdrawal request, the funds still haven’t been transferred to my account.
This lack of communication and failure to return my funds is unacceptable. I demand Bitay resolves this issue immediately by returning my investment and providing a clear explanation. Trust in your platform is rapidly eroding.
