Bitay Fails to Process My Funds and Ignores Support Requests

Bitay has not responded to my exchange at all, which makes me very upset. Nobody has moved my money to my account yet, even though I've been waiting for a while. Even though they say customer service is open 24/7, I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone for help. I've sent several emails, but I haven't gotten a single answer. How can I believe Bitay or tell others about it if my problem is still not fixed? This delay is not appropriate, and I need my problem to be fixed right away.
