Birkenstock Arizona EVA Sandal Strap Pops Off on First Wear

I purchased my Birkenstock Arizona EVA women's white sandals on July 19, 2026, from occasion.com.tr under order number 8329187948111758. On the very first day I wore them, while walking normally on a flat surface, one of the upper straps on one of the sandals popped out of place. There are no issues with the straps on the other sandal or the lower strap on the same sandal; the problem occurs exclusively with this single upper strap.

When I snap the strap back into place, it pops back out shortly after I resume walking, which ruins my walking comfort and leads me to believe the product is defective. I have not yet contacted the seller or manufacturer; however, I demand that this item be classified as defective and that my sandals be replaced with a brand-new pair.
