I Used Sebamed Sunscreen Once and It Left a Thick White Cast My Skin Won’t Absorb
I purchased Sebamed sunscreen just yesterday, trusting it because it’s marketed as a pharmacy-grade product. Today was my first time using it, and I’m already extremely disappointed. My skin doesn't absorb it at all, no matter how much I try to rub it in. It just sits on the surface, leaving behind an intense white cast that looks awful and feels heavy.
For a product that claims to be dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive skin, this is unacceptable—especially considering the high price I paid. I expected something lightweight, effective, and transparent, not something that makes me look like I’ve applied white paint.
I’m calling on Sebamed to take responsibility for this product and explain why it performs so poorly. I would like a refund or a suitable replacement, because this is not what was promised. Please address this issue promptly.
