I purchased Bioderma Spot Cream from the pharmacy on October 14, 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed with the product’s performance. When I apply it, it leaves an excessive white residue and immediately starts to peel and flake off in small particles. This issue isn’t just my experience; two other people have tried it with the same frustrating result. Unfortunately, I’ve already discarded the box, so a simple return isn’t an option. I paid a considerable amount for this cream, and as someone undergoing treatment, I need a reliable sunscreen. I expected a solution by now but haven’t received any response. I’m hoping Bioderma can address this issue promptly and provide a workable resolution.
