On September 11, 2025, I purchased Bioderma AKN Mat Sunscreen from Dermoeczanem (Order No: ts11096521143). From the very first use, the product caused peeling similar to eraser shavings on my skin and ran off easily when exposed to water. These problems occurred every time I applied it, and my skin — which is already sensitive — became even more irritated.
I used the sunscreen alongside the moisturizer from the same brand, following all the usage instructions carefully. I also confirmed that the product is authentic and that its expiration date (01/27) is valid. However, despite being marketed as “very resistant” and “high tolerance,” the product failed to perform as promised.
Having paid a high price, I’m very disappointed that I cannot use this product and that it caused such discomfort. I am requesting a full refund and an explanation from Bioderma regarding why a product designed for sensitive skin led to such adverse effects.
