Bioderma Sunscreen Found Fake and Refund Still Not Processed

On July 25, 2025, I purchased a Bioderma sunscreen with order number #10379886980. When the product arrived, it seemed tampered with; the texture of the cream was sticky and different from the original. Suspecting it was counterfeit, I contacted customer service and was told the product was indeed fake. I then initiated a return and sent the product back. However, even after 25 days, I have not received my refund. Despite calling multiple times, I received no response, and during my last call, the phone was even hung up on me. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, and I request that the amount I paid be refunded to me as soon as possible.
