Bioderma Caused Peeling on My Skin - Pazarama Did Not Take Responsibility

On March 22, 2025, I purchased the Bioderma Photoderm Spot SPF 50+ anti-blemish sunscreen (150 ml) from the seller Flair via the Pazarama.com website. I confirmed the product’s authenticity by calling Pazarama customer service. However, when I applied the cream to my skin, it caused a peeling effect. I have used similar products from Bioderma before and never experienced this issue. This makes me question the quality or storage conditions of the item I received. Pazarama is not standing behind the product and is not addressing the customer’s dissatisfaction. I expect the company to contact me regarding this issue and provide a proper solution.
