Binomo Wipes Out $454 from My Account Mid-Withdrawal
On January 14, 2026, while trading on the Binomo app, I noticed that my balance — approximately $454 USD — suddenly reset to zero for no reason while I was trying to withdraw funds to a different IBAN. Having my balance wiped out in this way has caused me serious financial and emotional distress.
When I contacted the Binomo support team about this issue, they stated that they reserve all rights regarding suspicious activity and refused to accept any responsibility or offer a solution to address my loss. I live in Ankara, and all transactions were carried out on my own phone through the official app.
I request that my balance, which was reset without my consent or authorization, be fully restored, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation about this suspicious activity.
