Binomo Rejects Withdrawal, Then Permanently Bans My Account
On January 14, 2026, while attempting withdrawals on my Binomo account, my withdrawal requests were closed without any reason and shortly afterward my account was permanently blocked. When I asked for a reason, I received the same automated email alleging suspicious activity, but no concrete explanation supporting that claim was provided.
In the past I repeatedly made deposits and withdrawals using the same IP address, the same bank account, and the same crypto address without any issues. I have used this platform in prior periods and often ended sessions at a loss — yet my account was never restricted. However, this time after increasing my balance from about $1,155 USD to approximately $10,483 USD through trading, my account was blocked and my access to these funds was completely cut off.
My Binomo ID number is 149257436, and my registered email address is c*************@gmail.com**. Whenever I contact support by email, I receive only a generic message alleging “cheating,” with no detailed explanation of which specific actions allegedly triggered this result or what evidence supports it.
Everything I did was in line with the platform’s own rules and my previously approved transaction patterns. I do not accept the permanent blocking of my account or what amounts to confiscation of $10,483 USD without any tangible evidence. I request that my account be reopened, that all of my transactions be examined in detail, and that my withdrawal request be fulfilled, accompanied by a clear and explanatory justification.
