Binomo Keeps Rejecting My Verification—Can't Withdraw My ₺5000

I was asked to complete verification on Binomo, which I did, but my verification was rejected. Because of this, I can’t withdraw my ₺5000, and I have no idea what to do next.

This is the second time this has happened. I previously closed my old Binomo account due to the same issue and opened a new one, yet now I’m facing the exact same problem again. I need to know how to successfully verify my account so I can access my own money. Their support is unhelpful, and I’m stuck without answers. Has anyone else experienced this? Binomo, fix your verification system and release my funds immediately!
