I am unable to withdraw my money from Binomo because the identity verification system is broken. When I click the verification button, it redirects me to the website, but the site keeps giving an error. My email is already verified, yet I still can’t complete the identity check.

I tried using a VPN, but then the platform says, "This application is not available in your country," and the same error appears again. I have money in my account, but I can’t access it due to these technical issues.

I need an immediate fix or an alternative way to withdraw my funds (₺). Binomo must resolve this issue quickly and allow users to access their money without these endless errors!
